My career began 20 years ago in Los Angeles, CA where I worked as a marketing and business development professional for international law and accounting firms. My main role was coaching executives to build their leadership skills and grow their business. Relationship building, critical thinking, decision making, and learning to adapt were all part of the strategy. Individuals I worked with were often promoted within six to twelve months because they began to secure new business for the firm and became recognized by upper management as leaders.
After years of working with lawyers and CPAs who graduated from some of the top universities in the country, I witnessed first-hand how soft skills and confidence played a role in a person’s ability to climb the corporate ladder. That’s why I decided to start Rise Leadership, Life Skills for Success. I want to you to gain the knowledge of leadership at an early age so you get the job of your dreams.
