My career began more than 25 years ago in Los Angeles after graduating from San Francisco State University. I built my career in marketing and business development, working with international law and accounting firms and coaching executives to strengthen their leadership, communication, and business development skills. I helped professionals build confidence, develop relationships, think critically, adapt, and communicate with greater impact.

After years of working with lawyers and CPAs from some of the country’s top universities, I witnessed firsthand that academic achievement alone doesn't determine professional success. Confidence, communication, relationship-building, critical thinking, and the ability to lead can be just as important to advancing in school and in a career.

That experience inspired me to create Rise Leadership — with the goal of helping students develop these essential skills early. Through personalized coaching, I help students build confidence, strengthen communication, prepare for interviews, develop leadership skills, explore career and college pathways, and effectively communicate their experiences through college essays and applications.
