This is the complete package for young professionals or college graduates seeking to build upon their social and business development skills. Weekly sessions consist of creating and following through on a personal development action plan. Learn how to showcase leadership presence, speak with authority, network in a room of peers and potential prospects, grow your client portfolio, and step into your next level role.
This includes 5 hours for high school juniors and seniors to work on their college essay and/or application and/or resume. Application strategy and review as well as editing and refinement are part of these sessions. Five hours are scheduled based on availability and do not have to be consecutive.
This is a research‑based career assessment that measures your interests and matches them to careers, majors, and work environments, using the RIASEC model and data from satisfied workers. It is widely used by career counselors, educators, and organizations to guide career choice, transitions, and development. Includes assessment, review of results and next action steps.
A two-hour, one-on-one interview coaching session to prepare you for job interviews and build your confidence when speaking with peers and future employers.
We’ll practice “Tell me about yourself,” work through behavioral questions with the STAR method, and run a full mock interview with personalized feedback. You’ll also polish your executive presence (posture, handshake, eye contact and body language) and get tips for phone and Zoom interviews, career fairs, smart questions to ask and thank-you notes. Resume review if desired.
