Leadership Presence & Interview Confidence


Research shows that people decide whether or not they like and trust someone within the first few minutes of meeting, and 85% of job success comes from people skills, not just competence.

The Leadership Presence & Interview Confidence session is designed to help students develop the professional and interpersonal skills needed to make strong first impressions in academic, leadership, and career opportunities. Students will learn essential interview preparation techniques, effective communication strategies, confident posture, professional handshakes, and body language skills that enhance executive presence and self-confidence.

Through interactive coaching, role-playing exercises, and real-world practice, participants build the confidence to present themselves professionally, communicate clearly, and lead with authenticity in interviews, internships, leadership roles, and future career experiences.
